This is a recipe my roommates and I used to make in college and only narrowly graduated with our bikini bodies intact! Before this video, it had been YEARS since I’d made this, and it is absolutely just as good as I remember. The key is to let the bread rest and to knead it as much as it needs to be kneaded.
