Firstly, cut and remove the end parts from the beans. Also omit strings.
In a sauce pan half boil beans for 2-3 minute.
Drain water and soak in tissue paper.
Now for coating prepare flour with salt, red chili powder & black pepper.
Eggs with some salt and in another bowl bread crumb.
Then take one bean coat with flour, brush in eggs & again coat with bread crumb.
n this process use all beans.
In a bowl heat oil properly. Put all beans, fry until golden brown colour.
