Nose:
Aromas of white flowers, light crips minerality, fresh citrus fruit, light tropical fruits and hints of butter and honey aromas.
Palate:
On the palate there are is a medium acidity with no tannins. Lovely white blossom aromas and a great mouthfeel, medium body with subtle hints of butter and honey.
Finish:
Medium long finish with citrus notes and crisp minerality
Conclusion:
It’s like having a picknick in the sun while eating a citrus and tropical fruits salad. This is a good chardonnay that’s its worth the money i paid. This wine is ideal to drink now but can also be stored up to 5 years for aging.
Goes great with:
Crab salad, salmon, sushi, white meat.
