A video from when I tried to teach our cat, Baby Loaf, a childhood favourite breakfasts dish of mine which I keep making even now. The dish starts with bread dunked in egg which you should then look at as a blank canvas to unleash your creativity on. This video gives you an example of what can be done. In the traditional Bengali method, the bread is cut into triangles. My mother does that.
I have shared a few Instagram story recipes on my Instagram page after the Lockdown started with the aim to help newbie and irregular cooks cook.
Simple dishes, which require very little effort and can be rustled up with ingredients that are there in most Indian kitchens.
