Here is a simple recipe that you can make with a high success rate stats !
The amount of dough is enough for making 25 crepes of 18 cm diameter.
Ingredients:
Dough:
– 2 eggs
– 150 gr of flour
– 30 gr of butter
– 500 mL of milk
– 12 gr of sugar
– Few drops of vanilla extract
Topping:
– Chocolate (Nutella or anything else)
– Whipped cream (liquid heavy cream + sugar)
– Strawberries
