Ingredients :
Guinea fowl
75 grams of butter / 2.7 ounces
10 cl of water / 3.38 fl oz
5cl calvados / 16.90 fl oz
Salt
Pepper
Cream
3 apples
Recipe
Salt and pepper the guinea fowl. Add 50 grams (1,8 once) of butter, 10 cl (3,38 fl oz) of water and put into the oven at 210 °C (410° F) for 1h.
While the guinea fowl is cooking, cut the apples into slices and brown them within the rest of butter. Keep apart.
When the guinea fowl is cooked, flambé with 5 cl of Calvados. Add a big spoon of cream. And serv with the apple slices around.
