Ingredients:- Grapes-1kg,water-1 litre,cloves-6,cardamom-4,star anise(takkolam)-2,yeast and sugar mix – 1 teaspoon,sugar-3/4 kg,wheat grain covered by cotton cloth- 50 gms.
