Here is a very simple bread recipe for breakfast or snack. I learned this from my mother who is a very good cook.

Ingredients:
8-10 loaves (sliced bread)
4 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tbs brown or white sugar
5 tbs butter (melted)
Tips:
1. You can adjust quantity of bread. The more bread the more eggs.
2. You may also use other variants of milk aside from evaporated milk.
3. You may adjust quantity of sugar. I put only 1 tbs of sugar because we can sprinkle sugar to it when it’s cooked.
4. Add eggs to the remaining egg batter to make a scrambled eggs.
