MAYO –
YOU NEED:
❌1 egg
❌2 cloves of garlic
❌1/2 tsp mustard
❌1/2 tsp sugar
❌1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
❌Salt & pepper to season
❌135ml sunflower oil
METHOD:
❌Add everything to a jug except the sunflower oil
❌While you blend with a hand blender, add the sunflower oil GRADUALLY!
❌Depending on how thick or thin you like it, you can add more or less of this
❌Serve & enjoy!
CLASSIC FRENCH DRESSING –
YOU NEED:
❌3 tbsp olive oil
❌1 tbsp white wine vinegar
❌1/2 tsp dijon mustard
❌1/2 tsp sugar
❌Salt & pepper to season
METHOD:
❌Add everything to a small jar
❌Shake & enjoy!
