Millésima presents chateau Ormes de Pez (Saint-Estephe).
Discover the château’s offers on:
Pez, the place, is a respite for the Saint-Estephe vineyard and viticulturists. This peaceful place (the meaning of Pez in old French) is a Garden of Eden for producing vintage wines. Chateau Lynch-Bages in Pauillac has been in the Cazes family since the end of the 19th C. They own the 5th Cru Classé (Fifth-ranked French vineyard) and Jean-Charles Cazes now runs the chateau with demanding passion and taste.
Ormes de Pez is more than just a vineyard; it is a recognized brand in the world of vintage wine lovers and luxuriates in 40 uniform hectares of land (two choice parcels of a mixture of four flagship varieties of grape) characteristic of the Saint-Estephe soil: Garonne gravel strands. This vineyard is a fountainhead of wines that combine power, elegance and a certain luxuriousness, assuring the desired balance in each vinification.
The property is also open to visitors and offers accommodation in beautiful rooms that, like the wines, combine harmony, peace, well-being and the art of living.
