The second installment of FIAF’s 2010 “Wine Tour de France” took place on Feb 22 and focused on the Rhone Valley. Michael Madrigale, head sommelier at Bar Boulud, led an enthusiastic crowd through the region, punctuated by a visit from crowd favorite cheese monger Denis Coton. The series continues through June with tastings devoted to Bordeaux, Alsace, the Loire Valley, and Champagne.
