In this video, our sommelier Alexa Weber describes our 2018 Cuvee Blanc, a great patio/porch sipper for a nice spring or summer day while enjoying the best nature has to offer. “Cuvee” is simply French for “blend.” Our Cuvee Blanc is a blend of three white grape varietals grown not far from down the road from our estate vineyard and winery – Gruner Veltliner, Muller Thurgau and Viognier. These varietals are also a bit of a tongue twister (we dare you to say them three times fast).

Our small business, Pudding River Wine Cellars, is a boutique winery, tasting room, vineyard and custom crush producer of world-class wine in classic Oregon style. We’re located just an hour south of downtown Portland, between Salem and Silverton, at the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range and along the banks of the Pudding River. Our rooster logo pays homage to the poultry farm that once operated on the property; our winery production facility is housed in the old pole barn and our tasting room is located in the classic red barn.
