In this video I am showing you what I had for breakfast, I tried a new plant based breakfast idea, french toast (egg-less, and they turned out delicious)

French Toast:
3 slices ezekiel spouted grain bread
1 ripe banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp whole chia seeds (whole)
1/4 tsp maple syrup
Toppings:
Maple syrup
Strawberries
Coconut milk non dairy whip cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mash up banana in a bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix really well..taste the batter, your able to add more ingredients at this time if the consistency is to gloppy or if its not enough of something.
3. Let batter sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes while your preheating your griddle or skillet on medium heat.
4. Spray your pan with virgin olive oil (you don’t need much)
5. Dip your slices of bread into the batter and let it rest for 5-10 seconds. Immediately transfer to your pan.
6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Flipping very carefully using a spatula.
7. Serve with desired toppings.
