Quick recap of the recipe:
– Slit chicken breast and slowly beat it
– Stuff it with chicken ham
– Add grated cheese
– Close the chicken breast
– Pour 1 cup refined flour in a bowl
– Add 2 eggs and make a batter
– Add 1 teaspoon pepper
– Add 1 cup breadcrumbs in another bowl
– Spread the batter around the chicken breast and drop it in the breadcrumb
– Add 1 tablespoon oil in a pan
– Add 4-5 cubes of butter to it
– Put the chicken and dry
– Add 1 tablespoon oil in another pan
– Add 1 sliced onion
– Add 1 teaspoon butter
– Add 10-12 green beans
– Add salt
– Add 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
– Add 1 cup vegetable stock
– Plate it with green beans and onions at the bottom and the chicken on top of it
– Add parsley to garnish
– Serve and dig in
