INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
4 bread slices
Peanut butter
Jam
PREPARATION
Mix milk, egg, baking powder & vanilla together.
Coat bread slices with mixture
Apply jam to 2 slices of bread
Apply peanut butter to 2 slices of bread
Fry on all sides
Garnish to taste
