French fries recipe | quick tasty French fries
After first frying for 2 minutes cool the fries for few minutes then put in ziplock bag and freeze for 2 -3 hrs or you can store it for 1 week and fry on medium-high flame for 2 -3 minutes
I have just cooled the fries and fried them again for a minute if you freeze them then fry for 2-3 minutes on medium-high flame.
