Today we’re making the most of what is in our cupboards. We recommend that this soup is served with French bread and gruyere cheese, however we could only get our hands on Turkish bread and cheddar / parmesan. It is all about compromising during these difficult times!
Ingredients: 6 large white onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp sugar, salt, 1 tsp dried thyme, 2 tbsps flour, 500ml chicken stock, butter, dash of Worcestershire sauce, glass of red wine, tsp English mustard, bread (whatever you have in your cupboard), cheese of choice.
