Ingredients:

2 Potatoes
Oil for frying
1 tbsp corn starch

To sprinkle:

Salt
Chaat masala
Red chilli powder
Pepper powder

Method:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut in french fries shape.
2. Dip the cut potatoes in cold water and pay dry with a towel.
3. Fry the potatoes for 30 seconds in moderate hot oil and transfer on kitchen paper towel.
4. Pat the half fries with a towel so the oil will get absorbed.
5. Add the corn starch and mix well.
6. Keep it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes and fry them again until crisp and golden brown.
7. Once fried, transfer in a plate and season with Salt, Chaat masala, chilli powder and pepper.

Crispy and crunchy french fries are ready to eat 😋
