This wine is a Semillon (70%) Chardonnay (30%) blend. Made from the grapes grown on our property. The Chardonnay was aged in a combination of new and 1-2 year old French oak barrels for 5 months. Only 1,020 bottles made. 11.8% VOL. Pale green in colour, this wine has aromas and flavours of green apples and white nectarine. The palate is fresh and zesty with a crisp line of acidity and a textured, juicy mouth feel. Designed as an easy drinking wine for all occasions. Perfect for picnics, either in the home or the garden.
