2014 is one of the best vintages experienced in the Hunter Valley for 20 years. The climate was perfect. This is a fantastic example of a single vineyard Hunter Valley chardonnay. 13.0% VOL. Only 255 cases made.
Our 1 hectare Chardonnay block produced beautiful fruit with wonderful flavours. Kept in French oak barrels for about 5 months before bottling. This wine displays intense fruit flavours of peach and green apple, with a crisp, fresh line of acidity. The use of French oak adds complexity and gives the wine great texture.
