Today after I put my baby down for a nap I heard my dogs fighting outside and assumed they had gotten into it with one of our 🐔 or 🦃. I was shocked to see them fighting with a green jungle IGUANA! I didn’t feel comfortable getting in the middle of an IGUANA fight, so I just let them be till they all calmed down. I grabbed my camera and started filming when the iguana stopped putting up a fight. At that point my dogs stopped fighting too, but I think the iguana was already injured. FYI we live on a farm in Santa Rosa CA in the heart of wine country and near the redwoods. Never would anyone expect to see an iguana wander onto their property. Ever! My dogs and Sonoma County Animal Control were just as shocked as I was!
