So to sum up:
Hoppy is a beer flavored almost non-alcoholic beverage that is usuallly mixed with shōchū (a distilled beverage).
Chūhai is a mix of shōchū and carbonated water flavored with fruit flavors like lemon, green apple etc…
Highball is a whisky base with carbonated water.
The restaurant where we had dinner is called Toriyoshi Shoten and located in Ikebukuro (East Exit).
