Ginger paste or powder 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Youghurt 1 cup
Vinegar 1 tbs
Soy sauce 1 tbs
Red chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
All spice 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp

Cucumber 1 cup
Onions 1/2 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
For Red Sauce
Tomato ketchup 4 tbs
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
