That being said, I wanted to share how easy it is to make wine at home with just a few ingredients and simple tools. This recipe produces a very dry wine with a high alcohol content compared to most found on the shelves at the local shops. I prefer a sweet wine for drinking, but love to use this in my recipes. It adds a special touch to dishes such as cottage pie and french beef stew (which a video for is coming in a couple of days!). If you make this at home, please enjoy responsibly.
Ingredients:
64 oz. 100% grape juice
12 oz. 100% grape juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. champagne yeast
Rum
