This is Julien the guy who makes pronunciation videos here on YouTube. Now, this is a very interesting word. This is a woard that’s newly emerged as half of the population around the world is locked down. This is the combination of the word COVID, as in the Coronavirus Disease COVID 19 with, you’ve guessed it the word Idiot, or idiots. So this word designates people who are careless or ignorant of the danger they are running for themselves and others by ignoring even the basic measures to avoid the spread of the disease. Those are called Covidiots. One covidiot. Many covidiots. And yes, there might be a few of them out there. Covidiots. Covidiots.
