This rich and creamy homemade mayonnaise is delicious and very easy to make. With the use of simple ingredients and a little whisking, a mouthwatering emulsification is magically created. Ingredients:
– 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 250ml of peanut oil (any vegetable oil will work)
