This chair is beautifully drawn and you would be forgiven for thinking it is French. However, it is in fact English and made during the golden era of the Chippendale period. It retains the wonderful original decoration of green and gold which has rubbed in various places to reveal the beech wood used in its construction. Hope you enjoy and learn a little from my video!
