The perfect thing to go with your stale sourdough bread. French Onion Soup is a classic that can be an appetizer or an entree. My favorite pairing with it is a Croque Madame (that’s french for a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with an over easy egg on top) and a garden salad. Add some espresso or wine with that and its like you’re out of quarantine people watching in Paris.
