This is my version of Lomo Saltado many people present it differently like tossing the fries completely in the sauce. If you know me you know i love texture so i wanted to add the fries on top without completely covering in sauce. here are the ingredients follow my step by step and you will achieve a great version of Lomo Saltado.
Ingredients
5 ounces of Skirt Steak or Filet Mignon or Chicken Breast boneless skinless
1 red onion
2 firm plum tomatoes
2 ounces of Rice Wine Vinegar
4 ounces of Soy Sauce
2 ounces of Chopped Parsley
2 Ounces of Chopped Cilantro
1 teaspoon of butter
3 ounces of Cooked French Fries
White Rice
1 Cup Carolina Rice
2 Cups Warm Water
1 teaspoon of Salt
