250 gms Chicken Mince (Kheema)
1/2 Capsicum finely chopped
1 medium Onion finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Jeerem Mereem/Garam Masala powder
1 tsp Chilly Powder
Salt as per taste
4 Cloves, 6 Peppercorns, 1 inch Cinnamon stick, 1 Start Anise, 3 Green Cardamon
Cooking Oil
French Fries (Already fried)
Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup
2 tbsp Cream Cheese or 2 Cheese Slices
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Ingredients

4 Chicken Franks/Sausages sliced
1 tsp Chilly powder
Salt to taste

Step-by-step

Take a pan and heat it, add some oil and the cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorns, star anise and fry for few seconds.
Add chopped onions and fry until light golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes away.
Add capsicum,chilly powder, jeerem mereem/garam masala powder and fry for few seconds.
Add Chicken mince(Kheema), salt and little water mix it well, cover it with a lid and let it cook fir 5 – 6 minutes.
Stir occasionally
Add coriander and further cook for 2 minutes until the mince is dry.
Take the cooked kheema/mince in a plate
In the same pan add little oil, let it heat
Add Chicken franks, chilly powder and salt and fry it well
Take a baking tray, add fries, kheema(mince), cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, sausages, salt and pepper.
Proceed to preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Add the baking tray and further bake it for 20 mins at 150 degree.
Remove the tray and mix it well.
Serve and enjoy!
