3/4 cup water – room temp if you are using instant yeast and luke warm if not.
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar

Note: If you are using dry yeast, please activate your yeast first by combining luke warm water, yeast and sugar. Set aside for 10-15 minutes or until yeast looks foamy.

1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt

Pre heat oven for 30 minutes. Bake at 220 C for fan and 200 C for gas.

Spray water every 15 minutes.
