Since the outbreak of the coronavirus, we’ve been advised to stay inside and to minimize human contact. One of the biggest challenges that creates is getting food. Many states and cities have restricted restaurants to takeout since dining out is no longer considered safe or responsible due to which we cant have our favourite food . Food is a Basic Pleasure and Junk food is all around us, and as much as we might want to avoid looking at advertisements of tempting dishes or smelling the aroma of delicious food, it isn’t easy to control cravings. Craving for fast food and junk is something we cannot say no to. We are as guilty as you are. What are the most common triggers that make you eat junk? A hectic workday, a nasty argument with your loved one or just a binge Netflix session with friends – the way pizza and french fries comfort you in such situations, nothing else can.
