Fried chicken with garlic sauce:
Ingredients:
For marination:
Chicken with skin 8 pieces
Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Salt 1½ tsp
Water for mixing
Red chili 1 tsp

For coating:
Flour 2-2½ cup
White pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour ½ cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Paprika powder 1 tsp

Oil for frying
For garlic sauce:
Boiled potato 1
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Mayonnaise ¾ cup
Cream cheese 1 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Method
• Add some cuts on the chicken pieces and marinate it with salt, flour, corn flour, baking powder garlic powder, red chili, cinnamon powder, lemon juice and meat tenderizer. Let it marinate for half an hour.
• Now mix flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt and paprika then sieve.
• Beat eggs well.
• The coat the chicken pieces with flour mixture then dip in beaten egg then again coat it with flour mixture and leave it for few time.
• Then heat oil on medium flame and fry chicken pieces.
• For garlic sauce blend boiled potato, garlic powder, lemon juice, oil, salt and mayonnaise in a blender.
• Serve with garlic sauce and french fries.
