TASTING NOTE
Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2012 Chateau Sainte-Marie, Entre-Deux-Mers, from the 2013 Today’s Bordeaux selection.
A simple, clean and tropical wine with a slight minerality and notes of melon, grapefruit and green apple with a passion fruit and apricot nose.
This wine pairs well with: BBQ Shrimp, Salad, Salted Cod, Seafood, White Fish with Lemon-Garlic Butter
