In France we call it “Gratin de chou-fleur”. Hi, I am a self-taught amateur French cook sharing my personal cauliflower gratin with cheese recipe, from my modest kitchen in France 🙂
This is a simple and tasty cauliflower gratin recipe made from the heart.
Nothing fancy, just yummy!
Like Gusteau said in Ratatouille: Anyone can cook.
But I say: You “cuisine” and Voilà!
Ingredients (for 2 people)
– Pre-boiled or steam cooked cauliflower
– Bacon cut into small pieces, or small cubes of black forest ham
