This week it’s the signature of Dessert Week, Choco-Banana Trifle! I had never made them myself, or eaten any in the past, so that was interesting !
So many layers: Chocolate Genoise, Banana Rum Compote, Creme Patissiere, Coconut Jelly and top it all off with Chocolate Mousse!
