Sastojci- ingreadients
500 gr brasna- all purpose flour
325 ml vode- room temp water
1/4 zlicice instant kvasca- teaspoon of dry yeast
1,5 zlicica soli- teaspoon of salt
Mix no-kneed dough. Let it rise for about 12-14 hours ( best to do overnight)
Divide into 3 equal pieces, let it rest for 30 min and shape the baguettes, put them on a cornmeal in a baking sheet, cover and let it rest for 1,5 hour until double. Preheat the oven at max 250* and spray with some water before baking the bread. Allso put the pan of water or ice cubes into the oven to produce the steam, to get the crust on the baguettes… bake for 20 min. Make sure to spray water for 2 more times during baking, and put some ice on the bottom of the oven.
Let it cool compleatly on the rack.
