I love natural wine, because it’s always an adventure. There’s no way of acknowledge the flavour profile until you uncork the bottle. Natural wine producers usually give more love to the vineyard, in terms of respecting the terroir as well as environment. It’s an expression of nature. It is like drinking their stories in a bottle.
