Abby Houseworth is one of the top chefs on the Arkansas dining scene. Chef Houseworth is a native of Blytheville, Arkansas, and a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelors degree in Applied Science with emphasis in Hospitality Management, Food Service, and Tourism in 2002. She is also a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York, New York in May 2005, where she specialized in Classic French Cuisine, Artesian Bread, and Wine paring.
Abby was named as an Outstanding Business Woman in 2007 by the Top 20 Business Women in Northeast Arkansas. She is a member of the Presidential Who’s Who Among Business and Professional Achievers 2008-09, currently serves on the Food & Beverage committee for the Intercontinental Hotel, and Kemmon’s Wilson School of Hospitality Management. Abby works for Houseworth Restaurants, Inc where she is the Executive Chef, coordinating special events, banquets, and catering.
