This is a review by Megan Munches of the Brisket Fries which is available at Paradise Garden Grill during the Food & Wine Festival at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, CA. The Brisket Fries were fries topped with shredded smoked BBQ brisket, cheddar cheese sauce, Pico de Gallo, chipotle crema and chopped green onions. This could be bought with the Sip and Savor Pass, but I think that you would get a smaller portion (we just bought it, so we got the full size version).
