Hara bhara kabab literally means green kabab, veggie patties made of mainly spinach & peas though I have added green beans to. Often found in the starters section of the north Indian restaurant menu’s, this makes a great party snack. This is also a good & healthy option for tiffin as it contains mainly veggies. Follow the directions and you will end up with great tasting hara bhara kabab.
Ingredients :
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Green Chili – 2 qty
Garlic – 4 qty
Ginger – 5-6 small pieces
Chopped capsicum – 1 cup
French beans – 1 cup
Boiled green peas – ½ cup

Spinach – 1 bowl
Coriander – Handful
Mint – Handful
Boiled potato – 1 big
Grated paneer – ½ cup
Breadcrumbs – ¼ cup
Gram flour – ¼ cup
Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
Cumin powder – 1 Tsp
Red Chili powder – ½ Tsp
Dry mango powder – ½ Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Cashew – 1/4 Cup
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
