What would you add to this paneled TV wall? Looking for ideas

TL;DR: We turned a plain builder-grade wall into this accent wall instead of spending a fortune on built-ins. I feel like it's about 90% done but still missing something. Looking for ideas on art, sconces, gallery lights, or anything else that would make it look more custom and high-end.

This wall was just a plain white builder-grade wall when we built the house.

I really wanted built-ins, but they weren't in the budget plus they would eat up a lot of space. A friend helped me lay out and install the picture molding, and I did all the caulking, prep work, and painting myself. It ended up being a lot more affordable, and I think it added some character.

Now I'm kind of stuck on how to finish it off. It feels like it's 90% there, but it's missing something.

A few things before everyone tells me to tear it apart:

• The molding is staying, I worked hard on it.
• The TV and media console are staying.
• Ignore the blanket over the green chair, we have a lab with a lot of dog hair.

A couple ideas I've had:

• One vintage/brass sconce on each side of the wall (outside the large panels).
• Four smaller framed prints in the large panel on the left.
• One larger statement piece in the large panel on the right.
• Gallery/picture lights if they make sense.
• We need to change the lighting in this room, there is an entry way table behind the couch with a lamp on it but the TV wall side of the room gets dark

Maybe all of those ideas are terrible, I honestly don't know.

What would you do if this was your living room? I'm open to pretty much anything that works with the existing wall. Inspiration photos, Photoshop mockups, or links to products are all welcome.
