Moving into a 2 bed that has a bunch of natural light from the western facing windows with a nice view. We definitely enjoy our tv time and we obviously don’t want to necessarily cover up the view with the tv, and I’m weary of heavy tv glare from the main window.
That being said, we’re open to rearranging suggestions if it makes the place more cozy and inviting, and a space for minor entertaining.
I’ve included the floor plan and AI created rendition of the potential aesthetic (organic mid century industrial). The couch 9’10” or 118”) is a new leather recliner that’ll be delivered soon and is really the only thing besides the 65” tv that is not necessarily AI generated. So just looking for the best layout and maybe some style adds to make it more stylistic.
