Homemade French Fries
4 Russet Potatoes
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt, to taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the potatoes, into large thick fries. Soak in water while cutting to prevent browning.
Completely dry out the fries. Then place in hot oil and fry for 5 minutes or until they are dark golden brown and crispy on the inside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
Scoop out the fries and place them on a paper towel-lined sheet tap. Season with salt.
Enjoy!
