This is a very tasty Sparkling wine from North Coast in California. Earthier than I expected it to be, but nicely balanced with enough fruits. Complex and entertaining.
The nose smells like a California Chardonnay, while the palate feels more like an old world wine. Needs another few years in the bottle to mature properly.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Paired very nicely with my fried chicken.
