I have a lovely balcony with an amazing view. I'm trying to make it as cozy as possible. I'm looking for ideas on what to do with this wall. I can't drill into it so I feel like that limits me a lot. I was thinking about a trellis with some plants but I don't think there's enough space for the soil. Any input would be great!
Ignore the dirt I just planted some citrus plants.
