Dwight has dinner at Eve, a French – Mediterranean restaurant in a boutique five star hotel called Hansar. The restaurant is run by chef Charles Christaens who likes to take a creative approach to serving dinner guests. He has a base menu, but basically will ask guests what things they like or don’t like and creates a custom menu based on what fresh ingredients he has that day. This means any given visit to Eve for dinner may be different.

The atmosphere is dark, private, and with the customizable menu it’s perfect for a splurge night or special occasion. An typical meal here cost about $130 per person (4000THB) for the tasting menu created by the chef. You can order from the a la carte menu, but the dishes are about 500-1200 baht each. This can vary depending on the seasonal ingredients used and whether or not you decide to pair your dishes with wine suggestions from the sommelier.
