Albarino is tough to beat with seafood, the Rias Baxas one would be my pick here. If you want something with a bit more weight, the Chablis is a solid call too

Drink the Cassis Blanc, I have never had a more perfect white wine for seafood. Comes from a peninsula off a centuries old fishing town.

With very few exceptions, these are are all weird B-tier producers.
I’d do Gravner if you’re willing to spend, or Txakolina or l’Ecu if you want to keep it affordable.
