We visit Yountville, CA to have an excellent, once in a lifetime lunch at The French Laundry. We try their classic and seasonal dishes, enjoy a variety of desserts, and tour the recently renovated kitchen. There were special “Ritz Crackers”, Cocoa Brioche w/ cultured butter, and many desserts to take home. We also saw the kitchen farm and a look in to Per Se’s kitchen in NY.
