I loved it before I painted the rest of the room Sea Salt. The photo w the cat on the loveseat was taken during the painting process, when everything was shoved to one side. So these things aren’t usually in this proximity, but it shows how they interact. Should I paint the blue wall “Sea Salt” too? Or just get some Ikea bookshelves that aren’t white? I can’t decide if it works.

Yes. Go with a neutral or more Sea Salt. Looks great.

I’d continue with the sea salt. I think it’s slighter warmer and definitely more muted than the blue so there is a pretty high contrast between them. And I love sea salt. It’s such a soothing color.

if the other surrounding walls are sea salt, then i like it together. it’s a complimentary beachy sky blue.

and i like that it will keep the hallway bright. i would imagine sea salt reflecting (a heavy smokers) yellow walls in a smaller space without natural light.

I personally don’t like the baby blue. It looks like a kids room color. I love the sea salt color!

Keep the baby blue. Add trim/panels on the bottom half of the baby blue. Behind the meows couch make it a built in. Move all books and objects from baby blue wall to there. Place tv elsewhere or mount it (but definitely not too high.

I like the green, what brand is that?

It looks out of place with the sea salt.

That particular blue is too intense with the sea salt color. Likely best to do it all sea salt. Will feel peaceful.
